UW-Madison students and faculty tour The Triangle
Students from the Affordable and Sustainable Housing Development Track in the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate and UW-Madison School of Business joined New Year Investments and the Community Development Authority of the City of Madison for a tour of The Triangle. New Year Investments presented the Taking Shape Development Plan and discussed the extensive community engagement process involved in the redevelopment efforts. Afterward, the group walked the 10 acre site, touring current buildings and learning more about the geothermal testing happening ahead of the first construction phase. Students asked insightful questions and enjoyed beautiful fall weather in this beautiful downtown location.
Thank you to Paul Aylesworth and Tim Carr for bringing future affordable housing developers on this tour to learn more about our project!
