New Year Investments joins Park Badger Redevelopment Team

The Community Development Authority of the City of Madison (CDA) has selected a an experienced and diverse team of local real estate developers to redevelop sites at the corner of South Park Street and West Badger Road in Madison, Wisconsin. This site is the gateway to the Park Street corridor, close to transit, education and community services.

The newly dubbed, Park Badger Redevelopment Team, will engage neighborhood stakeholders in the planning process. This site will be the future home of a mixed-use, multifamily development.
